By using the Website, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy applicable to the Website. 1. The Website is available to customers of WUTM who we invite to join the Website ("User").
2. In order to use the Website, the User must register their details and accept the terms and conditions of use of the Website.
3. Users will need a valid email address to register together with a mobile or land line number and postal address .
4. Users must register their details and keep WUTM informed of any changes.

9. Users must immediately notify WUTM of any unauthorised use of your username or password. WUTM will not accept any liability for loss, damage or distress caused as a result of misuse of your username and password whether authorised or not.
10. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by the User, or allocated by us, at any time, if in our opinion the User has failed to comply with a of the provisions of these terms of use.
11. You must not under any circumstances seek to undermine the security of this Website or any information submitted to or available through it. In particular, but without limitation, you must not seek to access, alter or delete any information to which you do not have authorised access, seek to overload the system via spamming or flooding, take any action or use any device, routine or software to crash, delay, damage or otherwise interfere with the operation of this Website or attempt to decipher, disassemble or modify any of the software, coding or information comprised in this Website.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or restrict our duties and liabilities to you under applicable law including, without limitation, the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and the rules of the Financial Conduct Authority for the conduct of business and the Prudential Regulation Authority for the responsibility of the prudential regulation.

. TERMINATION
1. WUTM reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Website in whole or in part at any time without prior notice or compensation and the User will not be entitled to any compensation or damages from WUTM, its agents or any third party.
2. WUTM may terminate the User's access to the Website and cancel by notifying the User in writing if WUTM reasonably believes that the User:
        15.2.1. has acted in a way that harms WUTM, any WUTM group company, any of its employees or agents;
        15.2.2. has breached any of these Terms Conditions;
        15.2.3. has engaged in any illegal or fraudulent activities;
        15.2.4. has engaged in any behaviour that involves theft, misconduct, abusive or offensive behaviour, or supplying false or misleading information.
3. WUTM may terminate the User's access to the Website immediately without notice in the event that the User ceases to hold any products with WUTM .
